WWC系列稳定土厂拌设备主机采用双卧轴连续式无衬板搅拌机，维护方便，拌料均匀，生产率高。配料系统采用电子称量或容积计量、计量准确可靠，配比改变迅速。计算机控制技术对全过程进行管理，有手动、自动选择，操作方便，可靠性好。调速采用国际先进的变频调速方法，无级调速，充分保证设备运行的可靠性。供水采用电磁流量计或玻璃转子流量计，计量准确，显示直观。配料皮带机采用高质量的无缝硫化接头形胶带，运行平稳、可靠，不易跑偏，有效地提高皮带使用寿命。骨料仓采用积木或模块式组合，灵活机动，适合不同级配的需要。
